Cryopreservation process of biological cells:
The standard cryopreservation procedure is a cooling rate of -1 to -2℃/min; when the temperature reaches below -25℃, it can be increased to -5℃ to -10℃/min; until -100℃, it can be quickly immersed in liquid nitrogen. Another method is to put the cryopreservation tube containing cells into a -20℃ refrigerator for 2 hours, then put it into a -80℃ refrigerator overnight, and finally move the cryopreservation tube into a liquid nitrogen container.
Cell recovery:
Remove the cryopreservation tube: Take out the cryopreservation tube from the liquid nitrogen container, immerse it directly in 37℃ warm water, and shake it from time to time to make it melt as soon as possible.
