Hologram packing labels are divided into paper hologram labels and  film  hologram labels.

In the early days, hologram paper label was mainly used in the tobacco packaging industry. The hologram effect was applied to the film, compounded with the base paper, and then the film was torn off to transfer the aluminum layer to the paper. Hologram paper can not only prevent moisture and odor diffusion, but also increase the aesthetics of packaging. With the continuous change of consumer demand, hologram paper began to be used in other industries (such as food, daily chemicals, beer). At present, hologram paper is mainly used for wine labels in the beer industry.

The hologram film can be divided into large square hologram, diamond hologram, broken flower, dot hologram, rice point hologram, matte hologram, etc., according to the shape of the aluminized layer, and can be divided into different colors. Gold, silver, blue, green, red hologram, etc., labels made with hologram materials are collectively referred to as hologram labels.
