Application:
The EO indicator label is suitable for hospitals, pharmaceuticals, food, health products, beverages, health and epidemic prevention, medical device manufacturers and sterilization service agencies to sterilize EO, indicating whether the sterilization packaging passes through the ring. The EO sterilization process is also used for the detection and determination of the efficacy of EO sterilization indicators.
Instructions:
1. Tear off the EO indicator label from the backing paper, stick it directly on the surface of the package to be sterilized, press the label lightly to enhance the packaging effect, and then put it into the sterilization room and sterilize it with ethylene oxide.
2. After the sterilization is completed, remove the package and observe the color change on the indicator label. If the label changes from red to blue, the package is sterilized. If the color of the label has not changed, the packaging has not been sterilized.
Notes:
1. The indicator label can only be used for chemical monitoring of ethylene oxide sterilization, and cannot be used for monitoring of dry heat and pressure steam sterilization. This product is not a substitute for biological monitoring.
2. Store at room temperature (about 20 degrees Celsius) and 50% relative humidity. Avoid sunlight (including sunlight, fluorescent lamps, and UV disinfection lamps).
3. Validity period: 12 months
Label size for 30mm round, 40 labels in one sheet, 100 sheets per pack.
