EO Sterilization Indicator Label for Medical Devices

This product is a chemical indicator label dedicated to ethylene oxide. The chemical indicator printed on the surface of the label will undergo chemical changes when it reaches the set temperature and time under the action of ethylene oxide, accompanied by a color change. The shade of color is closely related to the humidity, temperature and duration of ethylene oxide. According to the color effect of the indicator, to confirm whether the indicated items are sterilized by the corresponding treatment.

Scope of use:

Suitable for hospitals, medical devices, food and other departments of ethylene oxide sterilizer, to indicate whether the items have been sterilized by ethylene oxide concentration 600 ± 150ml/l, temperature 40 ℃ ~ 60 ℃; humidity 40%-75% conditions, more than 4 hours sterilization process.

Instructions for use：

Tear off the EO sterilization indicator label and stick it on the surface of the package to be sterilized, then, carry out the regular sterilization process. After sterilization, take out the package and observe the change of indicator on the surface. If the color of the indicator turns blue, it indicates that the package has been sterilized; if the color of the indicator does not change or does not reach blue, it indicates that the package has not been sterilized.

Notice:

1、This indicator label cannot be used as a judgment of sterilization effect, it can only indicate whether the item has been sterilized or not.
2.  The color change reaction of the indicator is irreversible. The reacted indicator can be stored at room temperature.
3、Please use this product within the expiration date.
4、Store at room temperature (about 20℃), relative humidity about 55%, ventilated, dry and without corrosive gas.
5、Please use within the expiration date.
