EO Sterilization Labels Ethylene Oxide Sterilization Indicator Stickers

The label is a circle with chemical dyes, ethylene oxide concentration of 600 mg/L, temperature 54 degrees celsius and 50% relative humidity conditions, 2 hours to completely change color when color is blue (endpoint color), indicate that the sterilization process meets the requirements, if the color has not reached the endpoint, indicate that the sterilization process does not conform to the requirements.

Usage:

The EO sterilization label is removed from the lining paper and affixed to the packaging of the sterilized product or directly to the sterilized product. In the sterilization chamber, the ethylene oxide concentration reaches 600±50 ml/L, the temperature 48°C~52°C; after more than 3 hours of sterilization at 65%~80% humidity, the label changes from red to blue indicating that the product has been sterilized.

Note:

1. Only can be used in the chemical monitoring of ethylene oxide sterilization, cannot be used to dry heat, pressure steam sterilization monitoring. This product cannot substitute biological monitoring.
2. Store at room temperature (20 degrees celsius or so), 50% relative humidity. Avoid light (including sunlight, fluorescent and ultraviolet disinfection lights).
3. Validity: 12 months
