Polyimide with pre-cured pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive film is designed to work at higher temperatures than polyester. This thermally stable film exceeds the dimensional stability of polyester and can improve adhesion through thermal curing.
Can be used for electrical insulation, safety and plating even on parts over 280°C to 300°C. In particular, where the use of lead is restricted, substitute this product for protection when handling SMT reflow soldering. PCB lines, LCD, soldering.
