High Temperature ESD Labels
RuilabelsB-8151 is a 25# white anti-static PI label, which is often used for PCB circuit boards or barcode identification labels for static-sensitive electronic components. The surface resistivity is controlled between the 4th and 11th powers of 10, and it has good antistatic performance. Compared with ordinary labels, this material can better protect electronic components that are sensitive to static electricity.

Description
Electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage can affect performance, product reliability and profitability in the electronics industry. As electronic devices become smaller and more complex, they become more sensitive to electrostatic discharges.
Ruilabels special label materials designed for barcode or character recognition used on printed circuit boards or related electronic components. The high temperature ESD labels can effectively prevent two types of static damage to electronics that are common in the electronics industry. First, when the label is peeled off the liner, the static charge (called triboelectric charge) created by peeling the label from the liner is essentially eliminated, which could otherwise be discharged during the labeling process and damage sensitive components. Second, ESD label materials can prevent significant charge buildup on the label by removing charge from the label surface. Solve the problem of PCB yield reduction. Antistatic polyimide labels are also resistant to high temperatures.
