This laser markable label material is a special film label material where the laser can ablate the top layer of a double-layer material to produce an image. The same laser can also cut the labels to size to match, maximizing the flexibility of producing durable variable labels.

Laser Etched Label Custom Black Label Material Roll
– Cast modified acrylate facestock provides long-term durability and excellent abrasion, temperature, chemical and environmental resistance.
– High-resolution and high-contrast images can be marked with standard Nd-Yag lasers for smaller bar codes, two-dimensional symbols and fine text.
– Acrylate facestock offers excellent convertibility (“kiss cutting”) on a densified kraft liner.
– The matte finish provides good printability and allows for good readability of bar codes.
– High-performance acrylic adhesives provide reliable, permanent adhesion to LSE plastics, oil-based metals, powder coatings and textured surfaces.
– Brittle surface materials provide disruption to meet security labeling requirements.
– No corrosive emissions during the laser marking process.
