High durability
Ruilabels’ polyimide PCB label is abrasion-resistant, will not soften, will not yellow and can withstand the toughest high-reactive fluxes. The aggressive, acrylic adhesive is specially formulated to hold firmly to PCBs and components in wave soldering, reflow soldering and high-pressure cleaning applications.
ESD Safe
Ruilabels high temperture polyimide labels help protect ESD sensitive equipment and have proven to be an important tool to help reduce electrostatic discharge in ANSI/ESD and JEDEC control circuits.
Flame Retardant
Ruilabels high temperature polyimide labels use FlameGardTM technology in PSA and topcoat formulations. These labels are UL94 VTM0 approved or tested, tested to aviation flammability, smoke and toxicity standards FAR 25.853 and BSS 7238/7239 and/or tested to the FMVSS 302 automotive flammability test.
Non-Reflow
Ruilabels high temperature polyimide labels of matte white topcoats specifically designed for non-reflux processes in its line of label materials. These labels provide higher ink adhesion without the need for re-inking to hold the ink in place.
