This is the film that can measure pressure.
Pressure and pressure distribution, which could not be visually observed in the past, can now be easily confirmed.
The pressure measurement film allows you to easily measure pressure distribution and range. Created using advanced thin film coating technologies, the pressure inspection sensor on the entirety of the film allows you to confirm pressure distribution of the entire surface at a glance. The color appears red where pressure is applied, and the color density varies according to the amount of pressure.

2.Product Features:
(1) It can accurately measure pressure, pressure distribution and pressure balance.
(2) Different color concentrations can correspond to the amount of pressure exerted, and can be converted into pressure values through calculation.
(3) The measurement speed is fast and the post-pressing image is clear and intuitive.
3.Applications:
It is widely used in liquid crystal display, semiconductor, electronic circuit industry, new energy battery, automobile industry, mechanical equipment production and testing and other fields.
4. How to use:
(1) Cut sample pieces of required size from L-Sheet and K-Sheet respectively;
(2) Paste the rough surfaces of the L-Sheet and the K-Sheet together, put them into the pressure equipment to be debugged, and apply pressure;
(3) Take it out and observe the color development, and identify the pressure distribution through the color uniformity; identify the pressure level through the standard pressure density curve.
5. Storage conditions:
(1) The product should be stored in the original packaging away from light.
(2) The characteristics of the product will change after it is exposed to water or baked. Keep away from water and heat sources when storing.
(3) It is recommended that the product be stored in an environment of 10℃-15℃ and below 70%RH.
(4) Avoid contact with the following substances during storage:
Carbonless copy paper
Water, oil, solvents, chemicals
Plasticizers or plastic products containing plasticizers
rubber, rubber
Oil-based pen writing, etc.
(5)Put the unused L-Sheet and K-Sheet back into the original packaging bags and store them in the packaging box.
6. Measurement Phase
(1) It is recommended to measure the density after (30-60) minutes of pressure development. After applying pressure, the hair color density will gradually increase first and then decrease slowly.
(2) Precautions for sample storage:
■ Please store the colored K-Sheet film in a paper bag. When storing multiple K-Sheet films, make sure that the colored surfaces do not touch each other.
■ After the color of the sample is developed, it will fade to a certain extent with the extension of storage time. It is recommended to scan the image and store it.
■ After the sample is colored, it will be greatly affected by sunlight and will fade significantly after about 10 minutes of exposure to light. It should be kept away from direct light and stored in a dark place.
