Steam Sterilization Indicator Labels

This product is a chemical indicator label specially used for steam sterilization. The chemical indicator printed on the surface of the label will undergo a chemical change when it reaches the set temperature and time under the action of saturated steam, accompanied by a color change. The depth of its color is closely related to the saturation, temperature and duration of the steam. According to the color effect of the indicator, it is confirmed whether the indicated item has been sterilized accordingly.

Range of use:

Suitable for steam sterilizers in hospitals, medical equipment, food and other departments, under saturated steam conditions 134 degrees for 3 minutes or 121 degrees for 20 minutes.

Instructions:

Peel off an label, stick it on the surface of the package to be sterilized, and then carry out routine sterilization. After the sterilization is completed, take out the package and observe the change of the surface indicator. If the color of the indicator turns black, it indicates that the package has been sterilized; if the color of the indicator does not change or does not reach black, it indicates that the package has not been sterilized.

Precautions:

1. This product cannot be used to judge the sterilization effect, but can only indicate whether the item has been sterilized.
2. The color change reaction of the indicator is an irreversible reaction. The reacted indicator can be stored at room temperature.
3. Please use this product within the validity period.
4. Protect from light, store at room temperature (around 20°C), relative humidity around 55%, ventilated, dry, and non-corrosive gas.
5. Valid for 18 months
