Barcode and text information have super strong adhesion
Surface coating and content resistance super impact resistance
Super high temperature resistance: 800℃/24hrs, 1000℃/2hrs, the coating has no obvious discoloration, bursting, falling off and other defects, and the hardness and adhesion meet the requirements.
Cold and heat cycle shock: After 900°C/30min, immerse in ice water for 1hrs (1 cycle) for 20 cycles, and observe that there is no abnormality in the coating.
Applications in boiling water and steam environments:
UV aging resistance According to the test conditions of cycle3 in ASTM D154, the color difference ΔE≤6.0 after 3000 hours, no appearance defects such as warping, wrinkles, blisters, cracking, embrittlement, powdering and falling off of the substrate, and the graphics and texts are clear and readable (machine scanning).
