What is high temperature adhesive labels?

The High Temperature Label is an opaque polyimide label with a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive and a white finish suitable for thermal transfer printing. Specifically designed for printed circuit boards or related electronic parts with characters or barcodes. It is an ideal material for the erosion of various fluxes, fluxes and cleaning agents faced by various circuit board production processes.

1:Resistance to 260 ℃ to 320 ℃ high temperature

In the soldering furnace temperature of 260℃, when the time is 5 minutes, no fall off and no deformation.
At the temperature of 320℃,slightly yellow color after 6 seconds , no fall off and no deformation ,can resist all kinds of chemical corrosion and all kinds of wear.Can maintain the stability of quality to achieve lead-free industrial process.

2 :Good stickiness

Adopt permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive with high temperature, chemical and oxidation resistance.
No glue residue, good weather resistance,no delamination after furnace, constant deformation yellow.

3:Antistatic effectively protects sensitive components from ESD

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage affects product yield, reliability, and profitability in electronics manufacturing. Reduce the static discharge in the labeling process is necessary.
In the process of using the label, the label with antistatic function can greatly reduce the electrostatic charge on the label surface, so as to reduce the probability of electrostatic release.
4:Chemical resistance
Corrosion resistant to chemicals such as fluxes, melts and detergents. Excellent performance in extremely harsh environments with high temperatures and wear.
5 : High quality surface coating, super fine printing
25um(or 50um) coating polyphthalimide film can better meet the requirements of fine barcode printing and material color and gloss.
