Chemical-resistant top-coat that makes classic heat transfer prints durable. The desired properties are achieved using standard printing ribbons without the need for additional lamination layers. Ideal for applications where a wide variety of information is printed and labels need to be highly resistant to abrasion and solvents.
GHS labels
GHS label requirements for hazardous chemicals state a label must contain six parts: Name, Address, and Telephone Number of the material supplier. Product Identifier. Signal Word.
Ruilabels provides GHS label that is a white polyester film labelstock with extremely high resistance to abrasion and chemicals.
Laboratory labels
The high chemical resistance labeling is widely used within pharmaceutical and laboratory environments, where printed information such as patient identification, sample identification, and batch numbers must remain highly legible to ensure reliable traceability.
The film’s high chemical resistance allows exposure to a variety of harsh chemicals and cleaning agents such as isopropyl alcohol, xylene, brake fluid and acetone – without affecting the print or topcoat.
The top-coat offers enhanced printability via thermal transfer printing and is recommended for use with Ricoh B110CU thermal transfer ribbons. An overlaminate is not required.
Performance for thermal transfer printing:when printed with Ricoh B110CU thermal transfer ribbon on a 600dpi ZEBRA ZT610 flat head printer.
This high chemical resistance labeling is designed for applications where chemicals come into contact with the label, including:
Electronic components
Automotive and aerospace
Fluid and chemical containers
