Ruilabels rubber tire vulcanization labels can withstand up to 200℃ and can be vulcanized synchronously with the tire. After vulcanization, the barcode and the tire form an integral whole and will never fall off. It can accompany the entire life cycle of the tire without deformation or discoloration. It is waterproof, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, salt-resistant, resistant to most petroleum oil stains, and low-fat solvents, wear-resistant, high and low temperature-resistant, and can be used with most resin ribbons. The barcode is printed clearly and can be read accurately with a barcode scanner or inventory machine, with a reading rate of 100%.

Rubber Tire Vulcanization Labels
White polyester surface material is waterproof, slightly acidic, salt and alkali, most petroleum oil stains, oil and low-fat solvents.
The specially treated surface coating, combined with the resin ribbon, can better prevent friction and chemical reactions during the tire manufacturing process.
The label can be used for large-scale automated applications in automatic labeling machines
The label can withstand a vulcanization temperature of up to 200℃, and the short-term vulcanization temperature can reach a higher temperature. In actual application, users need to test and confirm.
The adhesive on the label is a multi-purpose insoluble viscous rubber emulsion that provides good adhesion during the tire vulcanization process. After vulcanization, the label is bonded to the tire.
Each barcode is a sequential code with different data.
It can achieve 100% accurate first-time reading scanning on a high-speed conveyor line.
