Dry Heat Indicator Labels From Ruilabels

Ruilabels dry heat indicator labels are designed to be used in dry heat sterilizers at 160°C. These labels are used to distinguish between sterilized and non-sterilized items and also to indicate sterilizer malfunction. To avoid human error and confusion, the labels can be attached to all items to be sterilized

Product meets the requirements of ISO 11140-1
Labels with adhesive on the back for easy attachment of items
Exposure to 160°C dry heat sterilization environment, from green to dark brown/black within 10 minutes
The color change is irreversible
Each label size 19mm*29mm

Instructions for Use

1. Place a label on each item to be sterilized.
2. Sterilize the package according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
3. The color of the label changes from green to dark brown/black during processing in a dry heat sterilizer

These labels clearly distinguish processed from unprocessed items when used as directed.
