Tesa 6930 is a double layer, brittle acrylic film. Marking and cutting are achieved by laser in one step, which makes it possible to realize any desirable label variation and format using only one material. The backing is highly resistant against chemicals, abrasion, temperature and ageing. The adhesive system consists of a resin modified acrylic suitable even for low energy surfaces.

It’s designed for laser applications that can ablate the top layer of label stock, with a brittle facestock that provides destructibility on some substrates. Our labelstock offers extreme durability for nameplates against underhood automotive chemicals and abrasion resistance, with excellent environmental and temperature resistance. It’s ideal for adhesion to low surface energy plastics and textured powder coated painted surfaces, as well as a variety of other substrates.

RUILABELS laser markable label material can be marked by laser, suitable for ultra-high temperature and harsh environment applications. These materials can be easily etched by various CO2 gas-filled tube, YAG, UV, vanadate or fiber diode lasers. The unique label facestock will be printed with high-definition 2D barcodes and alphanumeric characters after the laser etching process.
