Working principle of cable labeling machine

Transmission system: The stepping motor drives the traction mechanism and the receiving mechanism through the synchronous belt to provide power for label peeling, ensuring label peeling and recycling of glass lining paper.
Control system: The machine adopts electric and gas control. The signals from the electric eye (SICK sensor) and the foot switch will be sent to the PLC for processing to perform all the processes of labelling, labelling and counting.

Principle description: The labeling machine takes PLC as the core, receives signals and controls the operation of all systems. When the foot switch is pressed, the signal will be sent to the PLC and processed according to the set program. Then complete the label peeling and label feeding process by starting the stepper motor control system. At the same time, the tag position sensor (also known as the electric eye) keeps an eye on the distance traveled by the tag. When the tag passes, the sensor immediately sends a signal to the PLC. Then the PLC sends a signal to the stepper motor control system to stop and start the labeling system according to the set program to complete the labeling process.
