Temperature Indicator Dishwasher Labels provide a record of temperature change in commercial dishwashers and pot washers. These indicator labels validate that the surface of the dish or utensil have reached the sanitation temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Description
Temperature Indicator Dishwasher Labels are designed for use in commercial dishwashers and warewashing machines to ensure the recommended sanitizing temperature of 160°F (71°C) has been reached. These disposable temperature indicator labels can be affixed to plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans or other cookware. When the temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) or higher, the white dot on the label turns black, clearly indicating that sterilization has been complete. The labels don’t leave a sticky residue on the cookware, so used labels are easy to remove and can be affixed to a log book for record keeping.
