The product is a chemical indicator label specially used for steam sterilization. The chemical indicator printed on the surface of the label will, under the action of saturated steam, A chemical change occurs when the set temperature and time are reached, accompanied by a color change. The depth of its color and the saturation of the steam, Temperature and duration are closely related. Based on the color development effect of the indicator, confirm whether the indicated items have been sterilized accordingly.

Application:

Suitable for steam sterilizers in hospitals, medical equipment, food and other departments, 134 degrees for 3 minutes or 121 degrees for 20 minutes under saturated steam conditions

Use:

Peel off an instruction label and stick it on the surface of the package to be sterilized, and then perform routine sterilization. After sterilization is completed, take out the package.
Observe the change of surface indicator. If the color of the indicator changes toblack, it means that the package has been sterilized; if the color of the indicator does not change or does not reach black, it means that the package has not been sterilized.

Notes:

1. This product cannot be used to judge the sterilization effect. It can only indicate whether the item has been sterilized.
2. The color change reaction of the indicator is an irreversible reaction. The reacted indicator can be stored at room temperature.
3. Please use this product within the validity period.
4. Avoid light and store at room temperature (around 20°C), relative humidity around 55%, in a ventilated, dry, and non-corrosive gas location.
5. Validity period is 18 months.
